Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, outcome‑driven Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital capabilities that power our Sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience—shaping how our sellers work, how leaders gain insight, and how we leverage Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI (Copilot Studio) to drive revenue acceleration and operational excellence.
You will own the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and partner closely with Sales leadership, Architecture, TPMs, and cross‑functional stakeholders to maximize business value. Own the Product Vision & Roadmap
- Define and evolve the long‑term vision for Sales digital capabilities.
- Build a multi‑release roadmap aligned to Sales strategy, business KPIs, and platform best practices.
- Incorporate emerging Microsoft ecosystem capabilities and AI innovations.
Drive Business Value Through Stakeholder Partnership
- Engage Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders.
- Translate business needs into outcomes, hypotheses, and measurable value.
- Facilitate prioritization and trade‑off decisions across competing requirements.
Lead Requirements & Backlog Management
- Author clear epics, features, and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog balancing new capabilities, technical debt, and compliance needs.
- Ensure Definition of Ready/Done standards and regulatory requirements are met.
Guide Agile Delivery
- Co‑lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Partner with TPM/Scrum Master to ensure healthy team practices.
- Align cross‑team dependencies across Architecture, Data, DevOps, and other product teams.
Measure Outcomes & Drive Adoption
- Define and track KPIs/OKRs: adoption, revenue/cycle‑time improvements, quality, predictability.
- Partner with change management to drive enablement and user readiness.
- Review telemetry and post‑release outcomes to inform roadmap adjustments.
What Success Looks Like
- Sellers and Sales leaders experience measurable improvements in productivity, insight, and customer engagement.
- Roadmap and prioritization decisions are transparent, data‑driven, and widely supported.
- Adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities increases across the organization.
- Product increments consistently meet quality, readiness, and business value expectations.
What you will bring to the team:
- 7–10+ years as a Product Owner/Manager or Business Analyst in CRM or Sales technology domains.
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and/or AI‑enabled capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Sales processes: lead/opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, quoting, seller experience, customer engagement.
- Proven ability to turn business needs into product strategy and actionable user stories.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive‑ready storytelling.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field; certifications like CSPO, PL‑200, AI‑102 are a plus.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $160,000-$180,000
